SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese & more for top
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cooked ground beef
8 oz. Ricotta cheese

Cook spaghetti. Brown ground beef; drain. Combine eggs and Ricotta cheese and add to spaghetti, also the butter. Put into a buttered 13"x9" casserole.

Combine meat and sauce. Spread a layer of meat sauce on top of spaghetti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of sauce, Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add more shredded mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with salad and Italian or garlic bread.
