WATERGATE CAKE WITH COVER UP
ICING
 
1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. of pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
3 eggs
1 c. 7 UP

In mixing bowl, put in cake mix. Blend in oil, eggs and 7 UP. Beat a little after each addition. When well blended, fold in the dry pudding mix, nuts and coconut. Pour in bundt cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is cooling prepare frosting.

Frosting:

2 1/2 c. coconut
1 3/4 c. pecans
2 (3 oz. each) Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix

Mix dry ingredients with milk, fold in nuts.
