TUNA PIE | |
1 c. rice 1 can tuna, drained 1 1/2 c. cheese 1/3 c. onion 1/3 c. green pepper 2 tbsp. pimientos 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. salsa Cook rice, cool and flatten into a buttered pie plate. Top with tuna, cheese, green pepper, onion and pimento. Beat eggs and milk and seasonings. Pour over rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut in wedges. |
