GOOEY BROWNIES 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. light caramels, unwrapped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

1. Melt caramels over low heat with 1/3 cup milk. Set aside.

2. Combine melted butter, cake mix, and 1/3 cup milk. Pat 1/2 of this mix into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

3. Sprinkle chocolate chips as evenly as possible over hot batter.

4. Pour caramel mix over chocolate chips, add nuts on top.

5. Place rest of cake mix over all.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and cut.
