CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1/2 stalk celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice or 1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 c. uncooked rice
2 - 2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown hamburger. Add onion, celery. Add soups and soy sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Add rice. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Add a little water if it gets too dry while baking.
