SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
6 to 8 med. potatoes, sliced
6 serving size pieces of 1/4 inch thick ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt & pepper

Place 1/2 the ham, potatoes, onions and cheese in crock pot. Repeat the layers and season. Spread soup over the top so that no air can get to potatoes.

Cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
