LINGUINI AND RED CLAM SAUCE 
Brown in oil 2-3 minced garlic cloves. Add drained chopped or whole baby clams. Simmer in oil. Add clam juice. Sprinkle oregano and parsley to taste; add tomato sauce.

Simmer at least 30 minutes. Cook longer for more clam flavor. Add tomato paste also if thicker sauce consistency is desired. Serve over linguini.
