MARINATED STRING BEANS 
16 oz. french cut string beans
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. dehydrated onion
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 small jar pimentos, sliced
1/2 small cauliflower in small pieces

MARINADE:

1/4 c. champagne vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Accent MSG (optional)
pinch pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Place vegetables in glass container with lid. Make marinade, pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
