CRANBERRY APPLE RELISH 
1 lb. (4 c.) cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 c. peeled, quartered & cored med. apples, coarsely chopped
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. orange marmalade
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Orange baskets, hollowed oranges (opt.)

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. You can hollow orange halves and fill with this relish, if desired. This recipe tastes better if done a day or two ahead of time.
