MOCK CABBAGE ROLLS 
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. uncooked rice (instant)
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. shredded cabbage

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add salt and pepper. Add all ingredients except cabbage. Layer cabbage and hamburger mixture into a 2 quart casserole. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
