1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Food coloring

Place all dry ingredients in a saucepan and blend well. Add liquid and stir. Cook over low heat about 3 minutes. Let cool and knead in your hands. Keep in covered container.
