BANANA BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. bran
1/3 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 to 3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. nuts
2 eggs

Combine first 6 ingredients. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas, milk and molasses. Add all liquids at once to dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Stir in raisins and nuts. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
