SKILLET CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS | |
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 env. Lipton beef flavor mushroom or onion-mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained 1 onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, finely chopped In 3 quart casserole, heat chicken 10 to 15 minutes; drain. Stir in Lipton beef flavored mushroom soup mix blended with tomatoes, onion and garlic. Heat, covered 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally. Makes about 4 servings. (Variation: Add 1 cup diced celery and 1 cup sliced mushrooms.) |
