LEMON CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix
1 lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Water, according to directions on box

FROSTING:

1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold milk
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix with above ingredients, bake according to cake mix directions on box. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Cool and frost.

To frost: Beat together instant pudding, confectioners' sugar and cold milk first, then add Cool Whip and beat until mixed.
