OATMEAL RICE KRISPIE COOKIES 
2 c. shortening
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
4 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. coconuts
4 c. flour
1 lg. pkg. butterscotch chips

Cream shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies, coconut and chips. Roll in balls and flatten a bit. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
