1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip Cherries & nuts, if desired Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour into pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched on top. Remove from oven. Cool cake in pan on rack. Prepare pudding according to directions on package. Pour on top of cake. Refrigerate about 10 minutes. Add pineapple on top of pudding. Add Cool Whip. Add chopped cherries and nuts if desired. |
