PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water

Place desired number of browned pork chops (4) in a greased casserole. Put Minute Rice on top and cover with a can of cream of chicken soup which has been mixed with a can of water. Cover casserole with lid or foil. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4.
