PORK CHOPS AND WILD RICE 
6 pork chops
1/2 lb. wild rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Arrange pork chops in 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine wild rice, soup, mushrooms and onions. Spoon mixture over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Then uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
