CHIPPER FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets, fresh
1/2 c. Italian Caesar salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Dip fillets in salad dressing. Place fillets in a single layer, skin side down, on a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. combine crushed chips and cheese. Sprinkle over fillets. Bake in an extremely hot 500 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
