BUTTERSCOTCH CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) jar butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping
1 qt. chocolate ice cream

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar. Cut in butter to consistency of coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir until mixture crumbles and cool.

Spread half of crumbs into 9x9 pan. Drizzle half of topping over crumbs. Spoon softened ice cream next and drizzle remaining topping and sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Freeze until needed.
