TATER TOPPED CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
Chopped pimento (optional)
16 oz. pkg. frozen tater tots

Brown beef, onion and celery in skillet over medium heat with seasonings. Spoon off any fat. Spread mixture in a baking dish. Spread soup (undiluted) over meat. Add pimento. Top with tater tots. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 5.
