BUTTERNUT CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flavoring (vanilla butter and nut)

Cream Crisco and sugar. Beat in eggs, add flour alternately with milk. Add flavoring. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. flavoring

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, nuts and flavoring.
