HOMEMADE NOODLES | |
1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. flour (all-purpose) Combine egg, salt, and milk. Add flour, enough to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll dough up loosely. Slice 1/4 inch wide. Unroll, spread out and let dry (about 2 hours). Use immediately or they may be frozen. |
