SAUERKRAUT AND KIDNEY BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms, optional
1 onion
Salt and pepper

Fry washed sauerkraut in butter and chopped onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add kidney beans and mushrooms. Heat until hot.
