DOUBLE CHEESE DELIGHT 
4 oz. med. noodles, uncooked
1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 med. tomato

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. heat to boiling; reduce heat and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Slice tomato; arrange on top. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
