Beef Flavored Kielbasa 
2 pkg. Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa
1 Large Green Pepper, sliced
1 Large Onion, sliced
1/2 bottle Beer
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Paprika

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cut 2-inch slits around each ring of kielbasa to prevent bursting. Place in pan of boiling water for 5-8 minutes.

3. Take out and wipe with paper towel. Cut each ring into 3-4 inch links. Spray large pyrex pan with cooking spray and pour in beer.

4. Take each link and roll in beer, then arrange onion, pepper and kielbasa in pan with slit side up.

5. Take pieces of garlic and place in slits of kielbasa. Sprinkle with black pepper and remaining garlic.

6. Cover with foil and bake covered for 45 minutes.

7. Remove foil and sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil over each link. If there is a lot of liquid, take some out.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn kielbasa links around and broil until crispy.

9. Best served with red, roasted potatoes.
