PUMPKIN-SPICE PIE 
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. pure maple syrup
3/4 c. whipping cream
3 large eggs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Whisk together all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust (9-inch).

Bake at 350°F until set in center and crust is golden, about 1 hour. Cool on rack in the refrigerator until cold.

Whipped Cream:

1 c. chilled whipping cream
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients in electric mixer until soft peaks form. Serve on chilled pie.
