LEMON WALDORF MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
1 apple, cored & chopped (1 c.)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in buttermilk. Fold in remaining ingredients; turn into 3 1/2 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
