LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. soft butter
Dash salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until light brown.

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine flour and sugar, mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice pour into the slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
