BAKED CHICKEN PILAF 
3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
Salt & pepper
Own sauce:
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. rice

Put chicken pieces in oiled baking dish and coat with tomato paste. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter. Add 1/2 cup water and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning chicken piece once during this time. Add remaining water, salt and rice. Stir to make sure rice sinks to bottom of pan. Continue baking at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until rice is tender.
