JELLO "CHEESE EM UP" SALAD | |
1 pkg. each 4 oz. serving of orange and lemon Jello (can use diet Jello) 2 c. boiling water 1/4 c. cold water 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice 1 c. coarsely grated carrots 1 container plain or pineapple/orange yogurt Combine orange and lemon flavor gelatin, dissolve in boiling water. Measure 1 cup; chill until slightly thickened. Add cold water to remaining gelatin; add pineapple with juice and carrots. Pour into 5 cup mold. Chill until set but not firm. Blend yogurt into reserved gelatin. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm. 4 hours. Unmold and serve. 9 servings. |
