QUICK SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 med. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. frozen raw shrimp
1 med. green pepper
1 clove garlic
3/4 c. water
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Chop onion, green pepper and celery. Mince garlic clove and saute in cooking oil for 5 minutes. Stir in can of tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp and bring to a boil and boil 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
