1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
Water to dissolve as directed on pkg.
Pour small amount into dish or mold. When partially set, add the following: 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey 1 carrot, grated Sm. amt. of grated cabbage 1/2 green pepper, diced 1/2 c. diced celery
(Add any leftover vegetables such as cooked peas, Limas, or green beans.)
You may layer the vegetables or mix them all together and pour over set gelatin. Add rest of gelatin over top and chill until set. Unmold on lettuce, and serve with sliced tomatoes, cottage cheese and crackers. Makes a nice summer salad meal.
