LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE | |
2 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 c. half & half 3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams, drained 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper Heat oil and butter in a wide frying pan on medium heat. Add garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in clams and cream. Heat, do not boil. Meanwhile, cook linguine, drain. Return to pan, pour over clam mixture. Add parsley and cheese. Serves 4. |
