BLUEBERRY TEA CAKE 
1 egg
2/3 c. and 2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl combine egg and 2/3 cup sugar and beat well. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture alternating with milk. Beat well. Add butter and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake for 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
