ORANGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. evaporated milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix Jello and 2 cups boiling water, stirring until is dissolved. Stir in cheese. In separate bowl gradually mix milk into mayonnaise until mixture is smooth. Stir pineapple into milk mixture. Now add milk mixture to Jello mixture and add nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
