CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Seasoned flour
3 c. fresh cranberries
1 sm. orange, quartered
3/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon

Rub scraped pork chops with seasoned flour and brown on both sides in a small amount of oil. Put berries and oranges through food chopper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chops.

Cover and cook over slow heat for 1 hour or until chops are tender. Lift chops to hot platter. Pour berry mixture over the top and garnish platter with parsley. Good with rice.
