TANGY MACARONI AND BEANS 
1 can red kidney beans
1 c. med. shells
3 shakes red pepper
8-10 shakes chili powder
3 shakes cayenne pepper
Sauteed onions
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. tomato sauce

Saute onions in saucepan. In large frying pan, pour 1 can of red kidney beans. Pour in sauteed onions, add red pepper, 8-10 shakes of chili powder, 3 shakes cayenne pepper, chopped garlic and 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Simmer under low flame. Boil water for medium shells, add to beans when desired, then simmer under a low flame for few minutes. Add water to determine thickness.
