ORANGE, CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 oranges, peeled, sliced and seeded
1 cucumber
1 head romaine, shredded
1 sm. onion, sliced, separated into rings
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Pepperidge Farm sour cream and chive croutons

Arrange orange and cucumber slices alternately around sides of salad bowl. Add shredded romaine with onion slices and remaining orange and cucumber slices.

Blend oil with orange juice, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad, add sour cream and chive croutons and toss lightly just before serving. Makes 8 servings. Delicious!
