BAVARIAN SURPRISE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool whip 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut 2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk 1 c. Cool Whip Mix butter, flour and nuts and spread into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat with mixer until smooth, cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on crust and sprinkle with coconut (reserve some for top). Make vanilla pudding using mixes and 3 cups milk. Spread on layer. Spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Chill. |
