ZIPPY CHICKEN STRIPS 
3 lbs. boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 c. vegetable oil

Cut chicken into 3"x1" strips, and place in a shallow dish. Combine the next 3 ingredients, and pour over chicken. Cover dish and marinate 30 minutes.

Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture and fry in hot oil, 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
