CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless white grapes
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. grated onion

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and seasonings. Chill. Add other ingredients and toss lightly. Arrange in lettuce cups and garnish with olives or other choices. Serves 4 to 6.
