SCALLOPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Break cauliflower into flowerets and cook in small amount of water until crisp tender. Drain and place in shallow casserole. Cook onions and mushrooms in butter. Stir in flour, salt and paprika. Stir in milk, and Worcestershire sauce, add cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (Serves 6.)
