CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. apple, chopped
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. ground ginger

In a two quart saucepan over medium heat beat cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low, simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 7 cups chutney.
