2 c. raw yellow squash, grated
1 egg
1 sm. onion
1 c. bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Grate raw squash, mix with egg, bread crumbs and onions. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
