12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Fill mini-muffin cups (paper) 2/3 full. bake 20 to 25 minutes at 300 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Put topping on 1/2 teaspoon on each. Bake 10 minutes. Remove cups from pan immediately.
