ECONOMY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared spicy yellow mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 lg. onion, peeled & chopped fine
3/4 c. milk or skim milk
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using hands, mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pack into an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Loosen loaf from pan, drain off drippings (save for gravy), invert on a heaping platter and serve.
