CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
A favorite at Thanksgiving and Christmas

2 c. (1/2 lb.) fresh cranberries
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. diced unpared apples
1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream

Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add apples, grapes, walnuts and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. 8 to 10 servings.
