RHUBARB MARMALADE 
4 lb. oranges
12 c. rhubarb
7 c. boiling water
Sugar

Clean oranges and put whole in boiling water, boiling steady 10 minutes. Remove oranges and boil rhubarb in same water for 10 minutes. Cut oranges in quarters and remove seeds and core. (Cut on platter to retain all juice.)

Put oranges through food chopper. Measure orange pulp, add to rhubarb. Add same amount of sugar as pulp measured out to. Stir until sugar dissolves and boil hard 20 minutes or until thick thread on cold spoon.
