SURPRISE JELLY 
4 c. peeled tomatoes (pureed)
4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) Jello (use red or black raspberry or strawberry)

Mix sugar and tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes stirring all the time. When time is up add Jello and stir until dissolved. Place jelly in jars. Process for 5 minutes in boiling water. Makes 6 jelly jars.
